  This System designed for fired irregular solid fuels at a high efficiency which arent suitable for automatic burning system. For getting a good result from lignite it must be kept in the furnace for a while to contact to the burning gases.
Full automatic burning with front furnaces system are manufactured for this purpose. The grills in this system are active and lined up in a slope of 6-15 deg. One grill is fixed and the next is active/movable, they form steps on the edges one on the other.THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS SYSTEM1- It provides a non-stop and non-fluctuation steam production in steam boilers producing more than 4000 KG/hour.
