Features:
1.BTGF-80 High Speed Auto Filling &Sealing Machine is widely used in industry of toothpaste, cosmetic, drugs etc., it is applicable in various aluminum plastic tubes and plastic tubes.
2. It can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp, batch numbers and exit tubes.
3. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using LEISTER air-heater
4. The station rotation adopts precise cam indexing mechanism for precise and smooth positioning.
5. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.
Airproof hopper charger and auto hopper are available to be equipped.

BTGF-50F Auto filling and sealing machine


Features:
1.This equipment can automatically fit on tubes, aim the color-marks, fill-pack liquid, seal covers, print business numbers, chop down tails and pick out tubes
2.It has the function of getting rid of the tubes when the color mark didnt align correctly .It also picks out those tubes which havent been fill-packed
3. PLC is adopted in the controlling section so that it can make the machine work more accurately and steadily.
4. Inner-heating method was adopted in the heating section.
5.Sirocco-machine LEISTER was produced in Switzerland. It can blow hot-wind to the tube tail-ends inner wall to melt plastic, then print tooth-like-lines and business number.
